Our Mission Statement

Please Read Before Entering the Doghouse!

The Siberian Husky Rescue of Florida, Inc., its officers and members, extend no guarantees to any person adopting a dog listed in this web site, or to anyone else, as to the quality, health, fitness, condition or temperament of the dogs listed as available for adoption. Adopting a dog is a lifelong commitment, and you should check all matters relating to quality, health, fitness, condition and temperament BEFORE making the decision to adopt a dog. Secondly, any husky in the doghouse that has been posted as being available at a shelter, is the property of that shelter and therefore adoptions are subject to the rules and regulations set forth by that shelter. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that any individual will be accepted as an adopter.

Siberian Husky Rescue of Florida, Inc. is staffed by a team of dedicated volunteers whose primary mission is finding "forever" homes for our wonderful, furry friends. To do this, the rescue has several things it must do: verify adoption information, evaluate the home and circumstances of each potential adopter against the needs for the dogs that are up for adoption. We, the rescue, reserve the right to verify information through public records, evaluate the adopters and their home, as well as dog compatibility, and ultimately accept or decline an adoption application. Placements are only done after carefully weighing all the information pertaining to both the animal and the adopters. We feel that this process has contributed greatly to our outstanding track record of successful, permanent placements.

By clicking on the dog paw below, you acknowledge that you have read the foregoing Disclaimer, understand the contents thereof, and agree to indemnify and hold The Siberian Husky Rescue of Florida, Inc., its officers and members, harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, lawsuits or judgments which may result from your adoption of any dog listed in this web site.
